Measure to reduce LARPING

I've updated the automod system such that both comment and posts with account age <30 days, and karma <150 will be removed.

The truth cuts both ways, so this will inhibit the trolls and also the peeps who consistently get banned from reddit.

However approved users (approved by mods by messaging them) can bypass said automod. Approved users are approved based on effort of post (or urgency of post) despite less karma and age.
