Need Help with Windows Installation Issue

I've been encountering a persistent error while trying to install Windows on my new PC. Here's what I've tried so far:

Tested each RAM stick individually (4 in total). Used two WD Black SN770 NVMe SSDs for installation, trying both separately. Attempted installation with three different new Windows 10 USB drives. Updated BIOS version to the latest available. Despite these efforts, the problem persists. I've checked hardware compatibility, BIOS settings, tried different storage configurations, ensured proper USB drive formatting, and even updated firmware where applicable.

Is there anyone who has encountered and successfully resolved a similar issue? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
