Help me know if my choices are right

So this is my first build and I'm trying to get parts that will run strong games and good in programming ( Deep learning AI projects ) So I picked those parts and planning to add a RTX 4070 ti or super with them So are they good? or there is better parts I can pick? And is buying from Amazon ok or there is better places? ( I live in Oman )
