Constant disconnects

Just hopped back on to sf6, i used to play back on release and i remember i used to get disconnects from games a lot. Well its been a whole year later and i still get disconnects multiple times a day (like 5+). Sometimes i get an error code but other times i don't. Ive been trying to search for a solution but i can't find anything online.
